This privacy policy explains how I handle your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It’s a bit boring, so grab a cup of tea and a biscuit (or six) and I’ll try to make it quick and easy to understand.

What kind of person information is collected when using the blog.
If you’re signing up to receive emails when using this blog, you’ll be asked for your first name and email address. Your IP address may also be tracked for stat tracking purposes only, to help improve the quality of the blog and newsletter.
How your information is used.
I may use the information I collect from you to send periodic emails regarding mental health tips, promotions and product updates.
How your information is protected.I use MailerLite to manage my email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to my subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from my newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter. You can also request to be forgotten and have your data removed by emailing kelly@clicksandconfetti.com
Your information is NEVER sold or given out to anyone and is only used for the purposes you consented to when signing up.
Ebook & Products
I use SendOwl, a third party service to sell my products and to store data from those purchases.
Here is a snippet from their website which explains what is stored, for how long and what it’s used for.
What: Name, email address, giftee name & email, paypal email, IP address, billing and shipping address, VAT number
Lifetime: The data is deleted when a seller closes their account
Legal basis: Contractual. We store data about the buyer in order to provide them with their order.
Access: Access is limited to staff on the support and development teams
Protection: Data is encrypted in our database
Other uses: This data is not sold or passed to 3rd parties
